2. Customer Service and Claims

If you experience any issues with the services provided, please notify us within 48 hours of the service being completed. After this period, we cannot entertain any claims, refunds, or complaints. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly but are not liable for concerns raised after the 48-hour window.

3. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your booking 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a service charge.
  • Booking Confirmation: Booking any of our services through our website, WhatsApp, phone number, email, Facebook, Instagram, or any other company platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

4. Refund Policy

Once our service is completed, we cannot offer a refund. If necessary, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not provided. Any claims or requests for compensation after service completion will only be considered where possible, but no guarantees are made.

6. Stain Treatment Disclaimer

We offer free stain treatment with our steam cleaning services; however, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains. Permanent stains or old stains from substances such as wine, coffee, pet urine, wax, and other difficult stains may lighten but may not be fully removed. We make every effort to treat stains to the best of our ability, but results may vary.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care in delivering our services, there is a minute possibility of human error. SnowWhite Carpet Cleaning is not liable for any permanent or temporary damage to the property during the cleaning process. We will, however, do our best to mitigate any issues that may arise.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please reach out within the 48-hour period so we can address any concerns. However, please understand that no refunds will be issued after service completion, and we will only consider claims that are reasonably possible to resolve.
